There is some strength back in my running - it's coming along. There was a lot of physical toughness required today, and I had it about two thirds of the time. I was orienteering a bit reactively, as opposed to proactively, but that's lack of practice. Some loss of concentration when I spider crawled down my sports bra and bit me. No joke. It really hurt!
