Rob is away for a few days and I already worked 3 day in the space of two over Fri/Mon, so I stayed home and played some mid morning tennis before heading to work. Some really really good shots today. It is encouraging to do something new in a while and progress rapidly, as opposed to fight the inevitable decline.

Very basic yoga stretches, from a beginner's yoga routine. I was very very stiff this evening.
