Rob came out to West Rock and we did a little loop together, then he drove home and I ran a bit more and then ran home. It was lush out there this afternoon, crunchy snow making running pretty tough, but yellow sunlight and not too cold. I ran hard up 4 hills because I missed my third key session this week.
Was just thinking that this plan feels hard, when I went to my plan to cross off today and lo and behold, this was the hard week, and I have made it to my rest week already! So that's pretty much perfect. Do need to make it to the gym more though.

A spot of yoga because I feel like I've spent way too much of this week hunched over a computer in a tiny scrunchy ball. I hope I have more bench work to do this week! Shoulders especially are tight all over, hamstring also tight. Would be lovely to do this every day (and definitely beneficial) but it sure takes a long time...
