I am really enjoying these mini workouts and looking forward to being able to do more. I woke up at 6.45 without and alarm today and felt awake, which hasn't happened in a long time! This is good.
Today we did some rope climbing skill work, and I've finally cracked it but forgot to bring leg cover, so I didn't make it to the top for fear of the rope burn on the way down.

It was disappointingly very dark when we left Cross Fit so Rob dropped me in Spring Glen and I went up and down a lot. It was pretty boring but the moon looked amazing.
