Cycling 1:10:00 [1]

To work and back, for the first short easy day I have had in a very long time.
3 PM

Running 26:28 intensity: (3:55 @0) + (2:10 @1) + (6:16 @2) + (13:45 @3) + (22 @4) 3.74 km (7:05 / km) +39m 6:44 / km

Looong warm up run on the way to Cross Fit to ensure that the knees didn't feel at all dodgy before rowing again. A bit stiff at first, but lots of dynamic stretchy time and drills sorted it out.

Running 10:06 intensity: (1 @0) + (13 @1) + (2:05 @2) + (3:37 @3) + (3:47 @4) + (23 @5) 1.76 km (5:45 / km) +1m 5:44 / km
ahr:169 max:190 shoes: 2014 Saucony cohesions

Finished off with 5 x 200m repeats (except the first wasn't even 200m because my watch was on the wrong screen.)

I think having done this, even though I was wearing a light rucksac, I can safely say that this is the most unfit I have ever been. Very very depressing ten minutes.

Cross Fit 50:37 intensity: (2:51 @0) + (1:31 @1) + (1:22 @2) + (15:51 @3) + (29:02 @4)
ahr:172 max:189

The other retest. 5 sets of 1km row, 15 thrusters, 15 burpees, 15 ring rows. This felt horrible. Really really horrible. The rowing was okay, though my back was tight. The thrusters and burpees felt rubbish though. I'm presuming that my cross fit specific type stuff detrains more quickly than my general endurance, given how practiced I am at the latter. Still, just managed to beat old me, 45.18 instead of 46.01.
5 PM

Recovery 38:31 intensity: (43 @0) + (20:08 @1) + (17:40 @2) 4.83 km (7:59 / km) +30m 7:44 / km
ahr:143 max:151 shoes: 2014 Saucony cohesions

Shuffled back from Cross Fit. Very shuffly. I saw a coyote on the canal trail!
