Today was the first day I was counting down the minutes. Not too much fun, very cold. Luckily Veronica insisted on lending me her second hat, as I'd forgotten my buff. Hamstring tightening at the end.

Didn't enjoy today too much. Lots of fancy lifts which got tiring by the end, then a killer 25 minute AMRAP of clean & jerks, knees to elbows, deadlifts and wall balls. Longest 15 minutes ever, it just wouldn't end. Core knackered by the end.
