A rerun of the open workout 13.2. Used 53# the the Rx 20 inch box. Harder than I thought. Ten mins, 6 rounds exactly. Slow on the box jumps, don't think those burpee pull ups helped that! Great to get something in, was feeling a bit peaky last night but good sleep seems to have vanquished that.
