Recovery day at Cross Fit. Pull ups, sit ups, BB rows and ball slams with plenty of rest. I am now awesome at pull ups (for me) and can deadlift over 200 pounds, but unfortunately I just tried on the clothes to pack for the conference I fly to at silly o' clock tomorrow and I can't get them over my bum or shoulders because there are new big muscles there. Had to rush out to Target at 9.55pm to buy an entire new conference wardrobe. Disaster!
It feels very strange to be packing carry on only with no exercise gear or sensible footwear. It might snow in Denver tomorrow.
