Lab was entirely unsuccessful so I came home and went for the only thing my brain could manage - a 70% easy jog. This is officially the best week of the year weather wise - warm enough for shorts, not hot, blossom everywhere, green bits increasing by the second. Very glad to get out, even if four days of lab stress and inactivity has led to me feeling about 70 years old.

Mini travel WOD, 4 sets of 10 press ups, 15 sit ups, 10 reverse burpees (which are fun, but not good for doing on a deck). Ouch bum splinter :)
