Cycling in. Gorgeous morning, shame I was heading for a day of DOOM.

Cycling home from meeting at Science Hill. Day of Doom was actually worse than expected, got nothing at all done, but at least it ended with a meeting resulting in me being able to teach tutorials next year. Win.

Almost bottled, didn't. Yey! Feeling a bit weird and wobbly, think there were a few too many stress hormones floating around today.

Not up for Cross Fit, so did their body weight at home workout post run. 50 air squats, 50 sit ups for time. 3.08. Harder than it sounds.
