Tired today. I like having a slow cooker a lot, but yummy smells floating up the stairs at 2am wakes me up. Need to set it to cook during the workday instead...
Cycle in. I decided if I'm going to spend about 70 minutes a day on the bike the days I cycle, it's probably loggable. No distance though, that's running only. Lovely morning, deceptively warm. Maverick milchclone route still rocks.

Got mad at boss number two (please listen to what I'm saying even if you don't like it) and went for the run I was worried I was going to miss. Little tempo section in the middle, bit fast but not too difficult. Too many smokers on the green though, not a good place to run hard. They were mostly bemused by my antics.
