Ran into work with a pretty heavy bag full of winter clothes because the lab is freezing. Like, my SDS has totally precipitated, for those of you in the know. Running felt tough because quads were tired from the workout yesterday, but less bizarrely fatigued. Ran faster but heart rate is more in zone 3 than 4 this time, so I'm guessing the recovery is progressing alright.

Cross Fit Endurance. Some skipping to warm up, some good hip flexor stretchy time and then a tabatta session. 20 seconds on, 40 seconds off of:
4 x 10m sprints (with touching the ground)
4 x airdyne (eurgh wobbly legs!)
4 x row
4 x 10m sprints.

There's no way your heart rate should get that high in 20 seconds. The Airdyne could definitely be used as a torture device.
