Ran to Cross Fit. Felt more eurgh than it should have, but not mega eurgh. Heart rate high too. Lovely morning.

Took it really easy, and it felt great to stretch out my torso a bit. Every 6 minutes did 5 OH squats (25#), 10 strict abmat sit ups and 15 ring rows. Fun to be out, not fun to still feel a bit decripid.
