Not sure whether today was intervals or survival training. When I left the house
weather.com said it was -2 outside, but felt like -9. When I hit the back straight I realised why. There was an icy gale blowing down it that completely took your breath away, making all out pace impossible. The sunny home straight was much easier, but my legs killed as they tried to recover from being pretty much anaerobic for 100m. So, not a fast session, but a tough one I'm glad to have finished, as at one third through I was doubting my ability to do so. Session was 400 (75) 400 (75) 600 (90) 600 (90) 800 (90) 800 (90) 1000 (90) 400. Up to full interval distance at last!
