Russian twists 3 x 16 with ball
V sits 3 x 16 with ball
Side planks 3 x 2 x 30secs
Had to put the ball down on the final core set at the end, I was wrecked! I fear Alex may kill me when I inevitably have to do Alex core this weekend :)

Recovery run. Much better this morning, and whole body felt like it wanted to speed up at the end. Hopefully it'll feel the same tomorrow. Have stopped taking the antibiotics now.
