Would Arthur just f**k off already? I love starting Monday morning with an argument that ends with me being called unprofessional. Which is precisely what I'm being now. But I don't care anymore.

Back to the gym to work off the awful stress tension from today. Great to shift some weight about and teach some small Hispanic children how to not dislocate their shoulders on an incline bench. They were very impressed at how much more they could lift when their angles all lined up.

3 x 10 of Shrugs, squats (90lb), pull ups (-35lb), CGSLDL 65lb, 2 x 30s normal plank, side planks, 2 x 30 sit ups plus obliques on incline, 3 x 10 press ups.

Done by the end, but much happier. Should get back to the gym more often. It makes me happy.

Early morning easy 7 miles round East Rock. It was not easy, it was HOT! My stomach was also whinging a lot of the time, as it tends to do after a few days of inactivity. Still, glad to get the legs moving. Either clockwise round East Rock is much slower, or I was really slow this morning. Could be either!
