shoes: Red Saucony Cohesion
Back to the gym to work off the awful stress tension from today. Great to shift some weight about and teach some small Hispanic children how to not dislocate their shoulders on an incline bench. They were very impressed at how much more they could lift when their angles all lined up.
3 x 10 of Shrugs, squats (90lb), pull ups (-35lb), CGSLDL 65lb, 2 x 30s normal plank, side planks, 2 x 30 sit ups plus obliques on incline, 3 x 10 press ups.
Done by the end, but much happier. Should get back to the gym more often. It makes me happy.
