My throat is scratchy, so I ate lots of nice tea with Kat and then came back and ate Froyo. Mmm...Froyo.

Very easy morning jog to loosen off after yesterday. Felt nice, bit tougher than I had wanted through the woods. Signs of a thaw, which is a shame because while I was in the gym the radio said it would snow again tonight. Ho hum.
