Short jog while the laundry was spinning. Thought a lot about whether to do a second loop as it was drying, and eventually decided against it. Throat was scratchy but not worsening, I just didn't have very much oomph anywhere. Everything is bare on East Rock now, it looks very pretty. There was an icy cold wind blasting about, but no sign of snow o the long range forecast yet. Definitely full length sleeves and tights now though!
