REcovery jog round the base of East Rock then to the gym. Legs are still tired and feeling a bit spaced in general. Maybe that's because the ground is covered in crazy coloured leaves and it's difficult to see properly!

3 x 10 Medicine ball dead bugs (green ball, weight helpfully rubbed off)
3 x 8 5 secs side plank pulses
