Orienteering 1:10:08 [4] **** 6.3 km (11:08 / km) +220m 9:29 / km
ahr:175 max:190 spiked:6/15c shoes: Inov8s

My legs were very tired before setting out today, and I was full of bloatey period rubbish. However, when I got out there I was doing okay - again, no edge of speed (used all that up yesterday), but maintaining a decent pace and feeling okay. Was clearly tiring, as I spiked the first 6 out of 7 (a little hesitate at 6 at the bigger boulder), and after that the spike turned into the 30m in the right kind of area wobble, and then finally into serious time loss at 14. Still, the woods were beautiful, I was happy to be out, and watching Mum blip the West Pointies: http://www.blipfoto.com/wendles56#comments
made it an excellent day out.

Does anyone know if my Mum won a prize?
