And here it starts! Think I've built a good base over the last two months (last two weeks aside), and am ready to start the autumn build up. Got a ton of good sleep last night and did a hilly East Rock/Prospect Hill circuit this morning. Golden sunlight streaming through the trees, gorgeous views in all directions. Lovely.

Ended my run at the gym. Started my new weights programme, going to two two weeks of light weight while I get used to making the shapes again. Might swap out OH Disc rotations as the step up between weights is a bit large - did 2 long sets instead of 4 short today but I don't like them anyway, so they can go.
