Very easy Z2 jog around Science Hill and Prospect. This would be a really, really cool sprint race area, I now concur with Boris. And there's enough traffic free too. Much less humid then yesterday and feeling a ton better after my early night last night, almost fresh. Good pace except uphill.

Strength session, up to 130lb on the squats. Almost at body weight now - as the squats go up, the body weight is finally slowly creeping down! Am looking a ton more toned anyway so that's good. Managed 2 x 4 of the -25lb assisted pull ups today - am determined to get back to my 2 full pull ups of yesteryear! I tried to do one on the fitness park at Breakheart at the weekend and it was a big fat failure!

In a terrifying note, I put my hair up differently today to run, and saw the underside of my fringe for the first time in a while.
There were 5 grey hairs there.
