12 mins aerobic, 6 mins of drills, 15 minutes sub threshold. Aerobic was slow (but all uphill) - lower legs both very stiff this morning but eased up with time. Was running smoothly by the end of the drills. More snow flakes in the air!

Perfect ten. Stopped in at Bingley Pool on the way home and you can join the gym there for £22 a month. I think it's just machines, no free weights, but better than nothing. There's probably some dumbbells at least. I'll find out tomorrow.
