Note

This morning I have mini DOMS from my mini circuits session. Man am I out of shape! Ooops.

Running 25:00 intensity: (3:00 @1) + (14:00 @2) + (8:00 @4) 3.2 mi (7:49 / mi)

5 mins aerobic to Inverleith, 3 x 2mins 40 secs threshold, 1 min rest, 9 mins warm down and back. Hammies tight, I had to actively try not to run all hunched up.
