Quick strength session - had better make the most of the gym seeing as I probably won't have it past October.

Lunges with OH Press 4 x 8 20kg
Bent over row 4 x 5 30, 30, 35, 40
BB Roll outs 3 x 10
Single arm landmines 20kg 3 x 10

First time I've used my abs in a while, tomorrow will be interesting!

Hmm, I must still be tired from last week. This was supposed to be a relatively easy cruisey 4 miles at 7.30, which actually required the effort of a tempo run! Still it was mostly uphill, so I guess that makes me a little less pathetic.
