Great runner's circuits session, glad I made it up. Started with hurdle mobility which built into actual hurdling and then actual hurdling races. Hollie kicked my butt, but I was getting closer by the end as my technique improved. Then a bit of bar work, followed by some abs work which for some reason I was absolutely pathetic at. Good stretch afterwards too, excellent session.
