HAd a leisurely morning and headed down to the gym at 8.30ish. Did the second set of exercises in the build up programme as I've not done them so much.

Jump shrug WU 40 5 x 5 50kg
Back squat WU 45kg 3 x 10 50kg
Bench press WU 20kg 3 x 10 25kg
DB Row 3 x 10 12.5kg
Hanging leg raise 3 x 5

Recovery run to Rob's, then a stealth run for 32 minutes, then back home. Nice to be out in the crisp evening. Left knee a bit sore, need to rebuild that supporting muscle a bit, it's visibly smaller than the right hand side again.
