Couldn't resist a wee banter round the sprint O at KB tonight. Put the HRM to beep if my heart rate went over 175 and cruised round quite nicely. I cannot believe how much more enjoyable it is to have a map in my hand! I saw Spongey too and he made me feel old. I am old.
