Went down to Free weights to do the circuits session and had a good time watching the olympics and training with Steve and Anne and Jenny. 7.5kg on everything, unsupported dips, -30 support on the pull ups but certainly engaging my core far more on these now.

Slow jog into work with rucksac - could have done without the rucksac and certainly felt tougher than last week - guess that's Saturday for you! Rest for the rest of the day though...mmm.
