Orienteering 49:30 [4] **** 4.0 km (12:23 / km)
ahr:168 max:186 spiked:7/8c shoes: Integrators

Map memory with Hollie at Cambus. The legs I did went really well except for one where I got the direction out of the control wrong and made a parallel error. Repeated the leg and got it bang on. Really good fun and excellent for simplification.

Warm up & strides 7:16 [2]
ahr:14 max:165 shoes: Blue Saucony Grid

Run to the start of the Aberdeen Sprint.

Orienteering 17:43 [4] ****
ahr:180 max:192 spiked:19/19c shoes: Blue Saucony Grid

Neutral paced run round the sprint course at Aberdeen old town. Funny how that slight decrease in the pace meant the navigation was really spot on - perhaps one slightly less optimal route choice but really good. If I can speed up that mechanism and routine then it will serve me well. In fact even without the extra speed it;'s probably quicker than fast plus mistakes.

Recovery 10:00 [2]
ahr:159 max:164 shoes: Blue Saucony Grid

Jog back to the car.
