Huntingdon State Park - HVO spring training red course 8.5km.
Absolutely perfect and gorgeous day, clear blue skies no humidity and about 60 degrees. Woods were nice and runnable. Couldn't ask for more!

Nice course, wobbles on 2 and 3 and a significant parallel error on 9, I passed by 12 on the way and ended up close to the swap south of 9. Saw Joe as I was coming into 13 and he was coming out, he ran the course backwards today.

Re-re-ran the Ridge! Even wore the same shirt!
Almost the same course as US Champs 2016, my first big O competition in the US. Green 5.6km. Beat myself by 8.5 minutes, in spite of wobble on 6 and 8. Almost 80 degrees and humid out, legs very heavy so slow running. Would have done 5-10 minutes better if not so hot. I don't do well with heat...

Great fun, thanks to the organizers.
