running with dad around hawse end, first 30 mins was mainly flat and on paths, then 30 back was terrain (bilberry bushes, moss and bracken) and some steep hills (but still some downhill)

Cycling 25:00 [3]

Did 7.5 k out to a friend's house. Tried to run earlier but after 10 mins couldn't physically continue because of stomach cramps. Biking was fine tho

Back into Cockermouth, another 7.5k

Would have been a lot faster except i stopped to help a little boy for abt a minute and there were about ten brownies in the maze when i was trying to do it

Running 10:30 [3] 2.0 km (5:15 / km)

Just a jog around, didn't want to do the tother heat or final because it was so muddy and i was in my road shoes, i was worried i was gonna fall
