AC long distance, really bad day. Feeling terrible/sick in my body so couldn't push at all. Was jogging around and couldn't enjoy it. Sadly this was a test race for WC... and maybe for the whole season. :(
Rest heart rate 10 beats too high today... Hope its not an illness.
