New PB on 5000m: 18:45 :-) (18:54 before); Schmelz, perfect weather conditions.
I actually didn't prepare for the track. Had two tough competitions last weekend and raced the academic championship yesterday. I just ran because I have to have a time, so I am sure I can be even faster.

So happy to make a step after all the troubles I have been through the past two years. I never give up. Not even in hard times.
