Very long and steep route to the start. Pretty rubbish run. Messed up #4 a lot. Ended up way too low. Wasn't careful enough. Then was really hesitant to #5. Messed up #8 a lot too. This time was too high. Map was really confusing in this big re-entrant and the hills and patches of deep heather were taking it out of me quite a bit. Nearly ran past #10 and was stood looking at where #11 was but couldn't convince myself to go down and check for a while. Then messed up #14 and was too far right.

On the whole a pretty good run. No real mistakes until #7 where I was a bit high for the crossing point and realised when I saw someone else run to it. Didn't look at my control descriptions for #8 so went up the hill the come round to it in the re-entrant. Curved to the left for #15 then saw the pond and realised I wasn't where I thought I was. Just struggled a bit up the hill to #11.

Felt alright on this but legs were tiring on down hill.

Got fed up of revision so went out for a jog with mum.
