NAOC Sprint - Made one particularly poor decision from point 3 to 4. Ran through a cemetery and a ravine when I easily could have sprinted on the level sidewalk that ran right next to the route I took. I would have sprinted harder if I knew the entire course would take less than 13.5 minutes.

Good work today. I beat some people on the team for the first time today, which was a nice morale boost. I did not get completely lost at any point during the course, but a few of the splits could have been quicker. Being more intentional about rough compassing was very helpful.

I drifted quite a bit whenever I ran between trails, I should have been more careful with my direction. I veered way off course twice, so I need to keep better contact with the map. The last few points, which I assume were supposed to be easier, took me a very long time. The go control was a phenomenal sprint.

Orienteering at Round Pond with female LTC Campbell, CPTs Kohlberg, and friends. I ran the orange intermediate course 2.3k. I felt strong today but could have made a better route decision when I chose a longer route with roads instead of dead reckoning through the woods.
Orienteering by Round Pond with Female LTC Campbell and her friends. I had trouble identifying the "ride" that LTC Campbell suggested I take to get to a point, so I wandered a bit.
5 mile run with Dan. When I asked him questions he sped up to get away from me so I would run faster to keep up and that continued the whole way and led to excellent results for both of us. Good stretching and 8 minutes of ab work to close out.
