Orienteering (Green Y 1-7 ) 49:00 [3]
shoes: Speed cross 3

Ran the first half of the Green Y course at buckner. Got to points 1-7. Point 5 was not in the right place and me and Justin could not find it, even after precise map and compass back from point 6. Besides that the course went fine but a lot of climb in these first points. Water will be a necessity for this course as it got very hot in just an hour being out there.

Individual Training (Buckner Vetting) 45:00 [3]
shoes: Speed cross 3

Out at Buckner vetting the course for the A meet. This course seems a lot easier to run in than at Jackie Jones. Once again the points have no bags to vetting can get a little tricky. However it was a very nice day and a good run.

Individual Training (Lee to Thayer run ) 44:04 [3] 6.1 mi (7:13 / mi)
shoes: Speed cross 3

Pretty hot. its heating up so I need to get more acclimated to the heat. Started out in grant square, ran to lee gate and the went around trophy point to get to thayer gate. Like I said the heat was pretty brutal but that was it, felt good elsewise. Wanted to do a Lee gate and beyond but they recently opened that up for traffic so I don't think i'll be running that way for about 6 months.
