Lifting (Arvin Workout ) 45:00 [3]

Me and Riley were partners. We had to do 300 push ups and 100 pull ups as a group. One person went and the other rode the bike the keep the heart rate up. I ended up doing 150 push ups and 54 pull ups. It took us about 40 minutes.

Earned gold in the German Proficiency Badge. Started with a flex arm hang which I did for 73 seconds. Then we moved on to shuttle run drop things (maybe to represent bounding?). Got 42.7 seconds for 11 of them. Finish with a 1 Km run, got a 3:16. Should be getting my badge now and finally some chest candy.

Orienteering (Course Vetting @ JJ) 50:00 [3]

More course vetting at Jackie Jones Mountain. This time I ran with Dave and Jesson and we checked 6 points over in Zone 2. It was actually a pretty far run, maybe 6+ miles. My watched died but I made sure to charge it. We found all the points and vetted them. Everything looks solid for the A meet. A little gloomy but a fun run through some woods.
