Lifting (Team Lift ) 40:00 [3]

Team Lift at Arvin this morning. It was four exercises with four sets of 8 reps each. I did bicep curls, dips, Arnold presses, and back work. After all of this I did some pushups and squats. Good start to the morning.

Individual Training (Football in the Snow ) 1:00:00 [3]

We took a little rest/ fun day and just played some games of football in the snow. Decent amount of cardio running back and forth through the snow, but it was more fun than anything. Good day just to take a break from intensive training.

Orienteering (Long run and Chest ) 50:01 [4] 6.75 mi (7:25 / mi)
shoes: Speed cross 3

3 Gates run. Started the workout with 50 Coast Guard pushups then a long time planking (3+ minutes) We had to hold the plank as everyone on the team recited their favorite movie and song. Run was unknown amount of climb but it was a decent amount. Ran from Pershing to Lee gate, the from Lee Gate to Washington gate, the most amount of climb. The from Washington to Thayer and back to Thayer. Ran with David for about halfway then we met up with Justin and Riley and finished the workout. We pushed ourselves and i'm feeling sore for sure the day after.

Orienteering (ODIA Hill Repeats ) 45:00 [4]

Very large Hill on West Point, probably about 100m in climb over a half mile distance. We Did 6 repeats with no rest, jog downhill as the rest. My watched died after 4 repeats but the distance was 3.3 miles at 25 minutes. I stayed towards the front of the group for most the time and tried to use much faster guys like Trey, Gene, and Christian to pace myself.

First day back after a week of sickness. A little cold but it was a good run none the less. Feeling a little thirst, might explain the cramps I starting getting and had to turn around. Trying to make it an 8 mile run and had to cut it to about 5. Supplemented my loss run with some abs, pushups, and pull ups when I finished up.
