Orienteering (Bear Mountain Run ) 1:10:00 [4]

Started at the bottom now were here. Ran with my Stockville team, Dan, Christian, and Gino. I was doing pretty well up until probably the last 1/3 in which I lost it mentally. I need to stay strong if I want to help my team win and not be the guy who slows everyone down. We still came in second or the first complete team but I could do better. Run probably lasted about 45 minutes then the rest of the time was spent doing chest and leg work outs at the top. Overall awesome workout with some great views, I seriously look forward to practice each day.

Orienteering (Storm King Ridge Run ) 55:00 [4]

Ran up storm king and the along the ridge and down. The total running time was probably around 40 minutes. When we got to the base there was a workout consisting of pushups and lunges. Overall great work out that I really felt accomplished in at the end. Amazing views, I love these trail runs we do. They have actually inspired me to get a Gopro at sometime in the near future and start a youtube channel called ridge running where I or others on the team will wear GoPro's and run along the great views Hudson valley has to offer.

Orienteering (Weekend totals ) 50:00 [2]

I am just making one log for the whole weekend because I didn't do too much this weekend. I walked a lot, probably about 20 miles but that was more recreational than working out. Elsewise I did about 20 pull ups, 75 crunches and 125 push ups.
