First Night O Intermediate course. I think I finished 4/9 Plebes who did the course so not great but not terrible. It was a good time.

I did 8.5 miles on the bike in 30 mins- kinda proud of myself. Went up to level 17.
15 min on aerobic machine
• 20 burpees
• 100 Russian twists
• 30 air squats
• 10 pull-ups
• 1 min wall sit

• 10 minute on bike
• 15 burpees
• 100 (4 count) flutter kicks
• 25 air squats
• 8 pull-ups
• 40 partner push-ups
• 1 min wall sit

• 5 minute on bike
• 10 burpees
• 100 crunches
• 20 air squats
• 5 pull-ups

• 5 ab exercises

Me and Dan did the 9 point set and find course at fort Putnam. In addition to the course I did 200 push ups and 200 squats.

Orienteering (Green 4 KM ) 45:00 [3] 4.0 km (11:15 / km)

Ran this green 4KM course. Got pretty lost, didnt find points 3-7 but found the rest. Not sure what I did wrong but I went through a worm hole and ended up finding Justin at point 8.

Played basketball for a couple games then went back to my room. In my room I did 50 squats, 50 lunges, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups.

Individual Training (30:27 Run ) 30:27 [3]

Ran from Ike barracks around arvin, to the PX, through the parking lot, back down the road where the generals live, to grant hall then stopped.
Definitely going to get a GPS watch for Christmas. Until then ill try to describe my runs as best as possible so that someone may be able to judge distance.
