Orienteering (Practice: Hill run and ru) 50:00 [4] 3.0 mi (16:40 / mi)
Did the hill run, which was one mile, in 11:04 pace. Then ran back with my man Dan and some of the plebes. We took the downhill way past Michie and Arvin.
Individual Training (My own workout ) 1:20:00 [3] 2.8 mi (28:34 / mi)
Did a combination workout where I did 5 sets of: 5 pull ups , 8 dips, 15 squats, 15 lunges, 15 push ups, 15 sit ups. Then I did 4 wind sprints and a 20:30 run.
