About 20-25 minutes on the Bike looking at terrain for this weekend. Stairway to heaven and I think I did some pushups and Abs as well.

IOCT pracitce - 30 minutes
Ran through the IOCT once and then worked individual portions of it for about 20 minutes. Ran about a 3:05 - I want a 2:40
