Went for my Sunday long run. Stubbed my toe earlier in the day but didn't think that much about it. Well first 3km I was in so much pain so I did what every other runner would do... sucked it up and ran the next 25km! After a while I forgot about my toe. Got home, took my shoe off and my toe and foot was so swollen and bruised... and I could barely walk!
Went and got an X-ray Monday morning and I broke my toe in 2 places... not sure if the run made it worse but I can't run for 4-6 weeks. Not great for Boston marathon training!
