WOW, again another HOT day!! 24 but def felt closer to 30.

2km warm up
2 x 5km at half marathon pace (3:50ish). Did the first 5km around 4min /km. Second 5km was slower. Averages around 4:05. Didn't have water and the heat really got to me.

Who would if thought one of the warmest days of the year would be in September!! 33 degrees and feels like 39.

Last long run before the collingwood Half marathon next weekend. Left hamstring is still a bit sore but was able to run and don't think t restricted me too much. Will be taking it easy over the next 2 weeks so hopefully it'll feel better.
