2km warm up
10km at half marathon pace (4min/km) went with under 4:20 because it was so hot
2km cool down

Left legs a little tight. Could be because I Ran 2 hard days in a row. Not running tomorrow so hopefully it'll feel better.

Hot &humid! Glad it was an easy run because if the heat. Took a few water breaks along the way!
