With a water buffalo with massive horns in the same paddock. Plus a car chasing donkey

Decided to take some harden up and still run red 1. Main aim today, besides making sure leg survives, was to get everything flowing smoothly, i.e. control flow, running without stopping to read the map etc. Leg held up alright but was cruising for most of it. Got leg checked out today, looks like an overuse injury of my left adductor. Just need to rest up and stretch it so hopefully will be sweet for easter. Kinda ironic i got an overuse injury and in the OA mag theres an article of overtraining with a picture of me next too it.

Did some new exercises with just the dumb bells. Seems to leave my arms a shitload more sore than just using the fixed weights. Groin muscle still sore but better compared to yesterday. Might run tomorrow.

JWOC time trial at UQ athletics track. Considering how crap i felt the last couple of days, pretty happy with the time i produced. Groin/ hip flexor is causing me pain now though

Did go out for a run, but its not worth logging. Lasted about 12mins before i couldnt be stuffed. Did 100,200,300 with 100m jog recovery and felt crap. Still recovering from weekend i guess. Hip flexor sore again.
