Laps of Kendal Green, feeling okay, moving petty quick on strides.
Submitted dissertation and another essay today. 3 to go.
Watch still overestimating the amount of climb.

Went to gym after work but forgot it was shut so went to next gym which shut at 8 and got there for 18:40 so just enough time for bike.
Very sweaty but not really breathing, probably a moderate intensity throughout. Dashboard said I did 49km no idea how accurate it is.

Note

Managed to squeeze in 3 x 5 squats @ 40kg
And 3 x 10 calf raises on leg press machine @ 25kg
Alternated between both which worked well as the gym owner was cleaning up and asking people to leave. Felt better with each set.

Over golf course, round Cunswick with a few laps of the hilly field before going along the edge of the scar, bit of rain to start of with and quite blustery wind. Feeling much better today.
Pretty sure gps watch has been overestimating the amount of climb last few days telling me I've done 400m but that's a bit much so just going off what I've put down before on a similar run.

Sent off first draft of my final year project to supervisor today so hopefully I won't be spending to much more time on that! Just 4 more bits of coursework left.

Kept it easy but still felt pretty tired towards the end, definitely a good call not to do the 2 hours moderate. On and off showers and hail some loud thunder as well with lightning in the distance over towards Windermere quite cool.
Hopefully body will perk up after another easy day tomorrow think might be a bit run down not as much energy as usual.

Easy out over golf course, Cunswick with half a loop of the hilly field before heading back. Raining and quite windy, didn't feel quite right enough to do be doing hill sprints.

Laps of Kendal Green, brain felt like mush after work and got a stitch and heart burn and just feeling quite emotionally and mentally depleted but physically seems like I was running fine but called it a few mins early as it was a tad late and not feeling very pleasant. Still a decent run though. Will take it easy tomorrow.

Went for a jog with a mate from his house over the scar then down to the river with some strides in Maudes Meadow which felt pretty good. Pretty slow running but quite nice.
