2 lots of walking this morning. Was a Marshall at the women’s run in the park hosted by the harriers this morning. Lots of ladies there I guess trying to find the void for park run.
And then second walk was helping a new family at orienteering training this morning at wittunga park.

Pregnancy Pilates class. Was very chilled but some harder exercises. Met some nice ladies :)

Collecting controls. I think most people enjoyed the courses I set today. I like to set middles with the range of short and long legs. I also love to set super short legs at the end when people are fading mentally. I think a few people got caught out near the end, even just navigating to the last control.

There were a few parallel errors made on the long legs. Mum and Dad also seemed to enjoy the weekend :)

Was a bit sick today but generally felt better this week.
