I’m sorry if my walking log has triggered some people for the past week but I guess you are just going to have to deal with it for another two and deal with it as a training entry.

3/4 of game. Tried not to run but did a few strides which is fine. I’m hoping netball doesn’t hinder this no running rule from the physio. I mean I am able to run for 20mins without running so this didn’t hurt. I was shooter at the end and scored a goal. No running in last quarter.
